My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Hatch Homes. The process took 2 weeks and they transformed our home into a work of art with arctic white siding and black windows and black gutters. The entire process was seamless, from having our introductory call with Bill, to establishing our goals, all the way through to execution with Arnaldo and his team. The team arrived on time every morning and was very efficient and professional. Arnaldo was singlehandedly responsible for tweaks to the project that delivered a spectacular outcome. We would highly recommend siding replacement / gutter replacements for any future projects.

From the initial contact I made on their website to the completion of the 3 week project the communication from these folks was unprecedented. My biggest stress from home renovations is always feeling like I don’t know what’s happening, not so with Hatch Homes.

Hatch Homes did an exceptional job of informing me of how the installation process would go. Being in Quality Assurance for many years, I could envision the process. Unfortunately, the first round of installation did not go well. They failed to adhere to requirements of installation, in short the initial team failed to install the siding correctly. This issue led Hatch Homes to removed all evidence of the first installation team, and start all over again with a new installation team. This reset caused a delay in the installation process. With a hurricane bearing down on the east coast I was very apprehensive about my house being exposed. Hatch Homes did everything they could to protect my house. The second installation team was exceptional! They were extreme professionals who knew exactly what to do. My house was not standard or typical with many many variances. The installation team did a magnificent job of meeting my very stringent needs for perfection. The Mountain Sage color with white trim coupled with the location of my house has made my 25 year old house look brand new. I feel it is better protected from the harsh moist elements of Eastern Virginia . I highly recommend Hardi Plank and Hatch Homes.
